Cancellation Policy
Please cancel or reschedule all appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Any late cancellations within 24 hours will be charged a 25% late cancellation fee. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment or are more than 10 minutes late, you will be assessed a 50% No Show fee. If there is no credit card on file or the card on file does not work, the late fee or No show fee will be charged at your next appointment. If you have 3 or more unpaid fees, you will be blocked from booking future appointments.
